Poland's only ranking of PR companies in Warsaw Business Journal

Warsaw Business Journal (WBJ) - Poland's only business and economy weekly in English - has published a ranking of PR companies in Poland. It is a unique attempt at estimating the size of the Polish PR market, and is regarded by the PR industry as the only reliable source of information on the financial standing of PR companies.

WBJ drafts its ranking on the basis of companies' incomes from PR-related activities.

This year 17 companies have been included in the ranking, as they are the ones that presented WBJ with financial data certified by the Treasury Office, which is a prerequisite for being listed.

This year's Top 5 is: Sigma International Poland, GGK Public Relations, Partner of Promotion, Profile and Multi Communications.

You can find out more from the current issue of WBJ with a special "PR in Poland" supplement featuring among others a WBJ debate with PR market leaders on the prospects for PR development in Poland. Its main conclusion is that Poland has every chance of becoming a CEE PR services center and the biggest players reveal to WBJ that they are already looking for business expansion outside Poland.

WBJ's PR companies ranking, like all other classifications published by WBJ, will be included in the next bilingual issue of Book of Lists ( http://www.bookoflists.pl ), WBJ's guide to Polish business and industry. Thus, to be included in this ranking, PR companies can still send their financial data certified by the Treasury Office to WBJ until the end of September this year.
